Fiona Harper Sails the Route Less Travelled to Antarctica
Fiona Harper has been on an Antarctic Expedition Cruise not from the bottom of South America like most cruise shipsdo, but from New Zealand via the Southern Ocean. She tells Graeme Kemlo the month-long voyage included visits to islands with different penguin colonies en route and the chance to experience historic base camps from which early explorers studied the polar regions.
