Melbourne Hotel Boom Continues -30,000+ Hotel Rooms By 2029 -Graeme Kemlo
We received a copy of a monthly report by Accommodation Australia on capital city hotels that showed Melbourne’s hotel boom continues. Having opened more than 20 hotels since the pandemic, another 21 are set to open between now and 2029 meaning the total rooms in the city will jump from 26,500 to more than 30,000 on the basis of properties currently under construction or in final planning..
