Kristin Henning recently visited the town of Jerez in Spain. Tonight she digs deeper into a memorable culinary experience she enjoyed there with a small group of travel writers. It was a meal at La Carbona, the restaurant made famous by renowned Spanish chef, Javier Munoz. Kris wanted to see what had earned Jerez the title of Spain’s Gastronomy Ca[ital 2026.
