Lucy O’Brien spent many years living and working in hispitrality in tropical Port Douglas, but last year she decided to give up the warmth to move to Tasmania to pursue her dream f becoming a distiller and we now find her as the distillery manager of the historic, Clyde Mill Distillery at Bothwell in Tasmania’s central highlands. Graeme Kenlo spoke to Lucy this week.
