– Visiting another country with an international driver’s licence is one thing…when you actually move to a foreign country you have to get a local licence to drive a motor vehicle. As regular listeners to this show will remember we documented about one year ago, the trials and tribulations of trying to obtain a drivers licence in Spain our reporter Karin Avila is working to obtain her licence, improving her Spanish language skills, understanding different road rules, road signs and 266 pages of requirements to pass. Now living in Valencia Spain, US-born Karin tells us how the next stage of the process is going for her.
