Culinary Editor Rita Erlich Checks Out Iceland’s Hospitality

Rita Erlich, our culinary editor recently took a cruise to Iceland, the Nordic island that lies between the Atlantic and Arctic oceans and is the region’s most sparsely populated country. Iceland has seen strong growth in its tourism numbers. While it was not a bucket list item for Rita she remained curious about its people and its culinary traditions.
