Food And Culture a the Roman Walled City Of Caceres -Kristin Henning
Caceres is a medieval walled city and UNESCO World Heritage site due west of Madrid bordering Portugal. It was a Roman city founded in 25BC and is known as the city of festivals. Detailing her visit in this chat with Graeme Kemlo, Kristin explains that the food of the Extremadura region is another reason to visit this prehistoric city famous for its architecture and she says it is “about the least touristed part of Spain”.
