Greg O”Shea From Hospitality Educator To Owner Quest Geelong Central -Graeme Kemlo
Graeme Kemlo was in Geelong last week on a familiarization visit and his host overnight was Greg O’Shea franchisee of the newest Quest Apartment hotel in the centre of town. They got chatting, realised they had a few things in common. But Graeme was fascinated with the thought that Greg, who started in hospitality aged 15, went through an chef’s apprenticeship and later became a hospitality educator at HolmesglenTAFE in Melbourne, home of Le Cordon Blue school.
