Jean-Francois Rupp from Alpine Nature Experience grew up in the middle of the French alps but came to live in Australia about 10 years ago to work in tourism and the wine industry. But he was missing his former mountain life so he setup Alpine Nature Experiences which is popular with Australians who loved the idea of going to the snow, but they didn’t really want to ski because they’d never done it before. Helen Hayes caught up with Jean- Francois near Mount Hotham.
