Carolyne Jasinski stepped out on a walking tour of South Australia’s Clare Valley with its opportunities to try out the local food and drink along the way. Carolyne reckons the Valley is alive with wildlife, features luxurious lodgings and has plenty of wine. Carolyne did a fully guided three-day walking tour and speaks to her guide, Tim Grigg, about the strenuous striding, which was broken up with some “motivational” stops like wine tasting, bush picnics and gourmet dining.
